On my first visit to Mexico I attended a traditional dinner including mariachis, dancers and home cooked food. At the venue this building sat empty. I found it very interesting.
I am a spunky 70-something artist and lifelong learner living in Omaha, Nebraska. Throughout my life I have dabbled in many different forms of creativity. I like to try new things and familiarize myself with a broader range of mediums. Photography, acrylic, oil, pencil/graphite and mixed media are all in my wheelhouse.

I have always embraced the arts and loved being able to learn and develop creativity early on. In my early years I worked as a hairdresser and was known to have a lot of flair! I am a graduate of The School of Commercial Art and also achieved a Bachelor of Arts in computer graphics. For many years I designed advertising and promotional materials for the telephone directory you may remember as US WEST Direct or Dex Media. I am now retired and loving my time making art.
Floral design and textiles are also interests of mine.
I hope you enjoy browsing my creations!
