Budgets can vary from organization to organization or person to person. Half of each art lease payment becomes a credit toward buying that work during that lease cycle. We allow you to commission and lease new, unique works of art from the artists within our portfolio.

Local Art Plug displays a portfolio of artists and art collections online. On our site, you can get to know the artists behind each work of art and browse their collection with accompanying purchase prices, please contact us for individual lease prices. We have an amazing collection of paintings, photographs, sculptures, and drawings by artists from around the world at varying prices to fit any budget. Our works encompass different genres, styles, mediums, and topics meaning there is something for everybody. Our online gallery allows searches by emerging artists, established artists, color, medium, and price range.

We do ship all artwork globally, the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the collector as well are any additional fees involving international shipping.

financing

Art lease financing can be structured in a multitude of ways. For specific artworks, we require a deposit of two monthly payments (first & last months) for each leased work (minimum terms for a lease are three months). Local Art Plug does accept several payments for important artworks above $10,000.

We are willing to break down the financing to fit any budget. Given the value and quantity of the art you are leasing, we offer a competitive annual rate, customizable durations, and a locked-in purchase price. Installation and insurance for leases are additional fees. 

The best reason to lease art for a business or home office is that it could be tax deductible! Keep this in mind as you determine the budget for your space.
