Lease to Own
Lease to own runs for 12 months. Your monthly payment is 7 percent of the piece’s price. Half of every payment builds credit toward buying the piece, up to half of its price. You can buy the piece at any time for its price minus the credit you have built. At the end of the term, you can complete the purchase, return the piece, or talk about renewing.
