Creating acrylic paintings, as well as digital and traditional illustrations, I like to use well defined and uniform color palletes with little texture to produce print style paintings. The imagery and pharses I create in my work come from subconcious dreams and passing thoughts. I tend to focus on figurative forms of both humans and animals, exploring multiple concepts including the idea of ‘the beauty of suffering.’ The concept of accepting embracing the negative, as the positive can not exist without it. I also like to capture philosophical and ethical thought, the concept of choas and nihilism, and feelings of empathy in my art.
