Damaged in transit: If a piece arrives damaged, photograph the package and the piece and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will make it right with a full refund or a repair path, and we handle the carrier claim on our side. Not as described: If a piece is materially different from its listing, or is not an authentic work by the artist named, contact us and we will make it right, up to a full refund.
