As life progresses so are our thoughts and opinions. Through life experiences my creativity has expanded and has evolved to a complex abstract style. From a simple acrylic paint of a beach scenery to a clash of ideas put on canvas or paper. I use quite different mediums with my artwork such as spray paint, acrylic and oil paint, water color, micron pens, permanent markets, ink and white ink. Once again through life I have experienced pain, grief, sadness, near death experiences, loneliness, freedom, happiness, and joy. All the emotions that I have felt have been put through a canvas or paper. The ideas and feelings have fueled the concepts of my art work.
Description work: In my paper in ink work I use ink and diluted with water. About 90% of my ink in paper work have been accidents where I spilled or splatter ink. I learned to embrace mistakes and work with them. Just like in life. With micron pens I draw to the best of my abilities of what I feel inspired to and most of them are doodles smashed into one big abstract piece. It’s a long process due to the fact that I need to let the ink dry before going over with the micron pens. And for canvas work I use the same concept I slowly doodle and slowly add on different ideas that come to mind.
